New for 2010

In the spring of 2010 we redesigned our heatport assembly to provide a 100% RoHS lead free airpath. The re-design also allowed us to increase the mass of the heatport assembly. The increased mass provides more stored heat but does not make the vaping air hotter. Still the same smooth mid vapor range but more of it.

In June 2010 we began offering glass stems in a couple different styles. The hand blown stems are called Tootyfrootys for the colored version and Tooty for the plain non-colored version. All tootys have a brass insert bonded into the end of the glass. They come with two removable tips that will plug into the insert at your convenience. The removable tips allow for easy cleaning of glass and tips. All Tootys are in the 6-7 inch length range. All brass used is RoHS lead free brass.

We also offer a straight 9 inch tube with a carb hole that our standard stems will fit perfectly.

All glass will cool the vapor and increase the users pull capacity.

As many of you know by now, the main event of 2010 happened July 15 2010. That would be the roll out of our newly designed website with the main addition being a complete storefront with the choice of Google Checkout in addition to our traditional PayPal checkout. You will find our new store is as good as it gets for small folks like you and us. From this day on, our good customers will not have to rely on Zapmans overly clogged mind for order confirmations, order status and order shipping information. It is all done as it should be now that we have an up to date storefront. The personal me will always be here or there as I have lots of opportunity for specific comments but the business end will be done right from now on.

Pat and I also want to thank our webmaster for his incredible work in the past, present and future. He is an old customer(2004) and is still all vapor. You can see it in his work. Very nice. We are so appreciative of his patience with me and his creativity with our website. He is excited about this work and it shows. My guess is he will be continuously tweaking this site a bit here and there, making it better for you and me. A giant load has been lifted from Zapville and is now in very capable hands. I still will tweak plenty myself as I am getting into that fun now but all the real work is done by the guy in the webmaster chair. If he wants to add any words here, we welcome that.
